A region platform for F3 Atlantic City — a calendar every man can read, a Q sign-up that takes two taps, and Gloom Forge, a beatdown generator that keeps the programming honest over weeks rather than just filling forty-five minutes.

It talks to F3 Nation's own API and to Slack, so it adds a surface without replacing what already works. Free, nothing to buy, nothing to install — though it will install to your phone's home screen if you want it there.

• The living calendar — every beatdown at every AO, months out. Open Qs visible at a glance, claimable in two taps. Day, week, month, year and a rolling scroll; it remembers your view.
• Gloom Forge, the beatdown generator — 2,300+ F3 exercises tagged by movement pattern and plane, balanced across the week rather than inside one workout. It knows each AO's ground and gear. Deterministic: same AO, same date, same beatdown — no AI in the loop, and the published calendar never shuffles on its own.
• Tuning that explains itself — emphasis can be dialled for the region, an AO, a location, or one weekday at that location. Before saving, the page says in real numbers what will change.
• Preblast & backblast, guided — four steps from taking the Q to posting the backblast, published to Slack in the classic F3 format. Forgot yesterday's? The calendar offers it back in one tap.
• The Winkie — the Q-sheet on your phone, with a timer that runs the beatdown in the gloom.
• Slack, both directions — events here announce themselves in the channel you pick; any Slack message can become a calendar event from its own menu.
• One tap in — no password, no signup form. Tap your link in Slack and you're in.

• Kept here: your F3 name, titles, home AO, Slack user id, and what you've Q'd, HC'd or posted. That's what a calendar needs to work.
• Shown to other PAX: F3 names and titles only — never real names, emails or phone numbers.
• Slack: only the channel list is mirrored, so the app knows where it may post. No message monitoring, no membership harvesting. A Slack message crosses over only when someone points the shortcut at it.
• F3 Nation: read through a region-scoped API key; preblasts and backblasts post out in the standard format their tooling expects.
• Not here: no ads, no trackers sold to anyone, nothing for sale. Usage is logged so the thing can be improved, and that's all it's for.
