You don't need to be fit. You don't need gear. You don't need to know anyone. Every workout is free, led by a regular guy (the “Q”).
Getting there. Show up about 10 minutes early and look for the group gathering — you can't miss us. No sign-up, no fee, no app needed. Bring water and gloves. Sometimes we use a cinder block (we call it a "coupon") — but it's not required, no big deal.
The workout. About 45 minutes, led by a regular guy (the "Q"): a warm-up, the beatdown, and a short Circle of Trust to close it out.
Work out at your own level. You don't need to be fit and you don't need to keep up. If you've been out of the game for a while, no problem — you do what you can, modify anything, catch your breath when you need to. There is zero pressure here: we don't leave anyone behind, and we don't leave a man where we found him.
"I'm not a professional — I'm just here to guide you through a series of suggested exercises. I'm not a trainer, not a coach, not a medical professional, and I don't know your fitness level, your health history, or your injuries. You are responsible for you: if something hurts, stop; if you need to modify a movement, modify it; if you need to rest, rest. You're here on your own accord, at your own risk, and you release the Q and the other men from any liability. We all finish together."
That's the whole thing. Just show up.
